Knowing that the Nederlands is famous for Dutch pancakes, we wanted to try something authentic and this was a great place.The atmosphere is great. It is nice and cozy with 2 small tables in front of the store and some larger ones in the back of the building. The store has a patio, which is great if the weather permits.The shopkeepers are very friendly, polite and speak very good English.Now the best part, the food is delicious. They offer a great selection of sweet and savory pancakes as well as sandwiches.The coffee is nothing more than ANYTHING! Let’s not forget the fresh orange juice.They also offer homemade candy which is irresistible.Finally, the prices are very reasonable.Our first visit was very good, we returned again the next day and we did not leave Amsterdam that day, we will be back again.
